Jennifer Mirgorod

Executive Coach

Jennifer Mirgorod is an executive and leadership coach with 25+ years of global senior leadership experience in sales and marketing. Her extensive corporate experience, including managing periods of high growth, market resets, and consolidations, is the cornerstone of her coaching practice.

An ICF-certified coach trained through the Center for Executive Coaching and certified in Hogan assessments, Jennifer is committed to helping leaders grow personally and professionally.  A coaching partnership with Jennifer typically starts with setting a vision for the future and goals. The next step is to investigate a client’s current reality through assessments or 360-degree feedback.  She then explores different options through an appreciative inquiry approach to questioning.

Finally, the client understands and is accountable for the way forward after coaching.  Jennifer utilizes this GROW coaching model and other frameworks to help her clients get “unstuck”.  Common coaching topics include navigating workplace VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, change and ambiguity), cultivating resilience, authentic leadership, prioritization and time management to help mitigate overwhelm, strategic career planning, increasing executive presence, navigating difficult conversations and team cohesion.

In addition to 1:1 coaching, Jennifer coaches teams and groups and facilitates team strategy sessions.  She’s also a practitioner of Positive Intelligence, a tool that helps maximize performance and well-being, by introducing tools to grow emotional intelligence.

Jennifer earned her BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.  When she’s not focused on leadership development and coaching, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband, teenage daughters and dogs.
